Returns
We do not currently accept any returns. If your jewelry isn’t quite what you expected, let us know and we’ll try to make it right — no stress, no hassle.
Custom Orders
Custom-made items — including pieces from our Custom Charm Necklace Builder — are made just for you, which means they’re final sale.
That said, if something isn’t quite right, don’t hesitate to reach out. We want you to feel just as good wearing it as we felt making it.
Repairs & Replacements
Jewelry is meant to be worn, and we know that life happens. Whether your piece was lost, damaged, or simply loved a little too hard, we’ll do everything we can to help.
We handle repairs and replacements personally, case by case. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A repair of your current piece
- A replacement part (like a missing charm or chain)
- A discount toward a new piece
